Having been introduced to psychology through magic in the first place, their common ground has always intrigued me. I am particularly interested in how magicians employ suggestion (both verbal and non-verbal) to manipulate the memories of their spectators. In addition to this, I am planning to investigate how effective magic can be as a tool to shift employees’ attitudes toward organisational change.
